Almost everyone who spends money in Gladewater drove here on purpose

The Texas Legislature named Gladewater the Antique Capital of East Texas in 1995, and that title is not decoration — it is the business model. A town of just over six thousand people supports a downtown full of antique stores because shoppers come from Dallas, Shreveport and everywhere between, specifically to spend a day here.

Think about how that trip starts. Nobody wanders into Gladewater. They look it up first — what is open, what is there, is it worth the drive, what time does it close. That search happens two or three days before they get in the car, sitting at a kitchen table a hundred miles away.

A dealer with no website is not competing badly in that search. They are absent from it. The day-trip gets planned around the shops that could be found, and the ones that could not simply do not exist as far as that customer is concerned.

That makes Gladewater unusual. In most small towns a website is about being found by neighbours. Here it is about being found by people who are deciding whether to drive an hour and a half, and that decision is made entirely online before you ever see them.

Four festivals and a field of daffodils

The visitor calendar is busier than the population suggests. East Texas Gusher Days in April, the Roundup Rodeo in June, the Arts and Crafts Festival in September, and Christmas events in November. Then there is Helen Lee's Daffodil Gardens outside town, where millions of daffodils bloom from about mid-February through March and the gardens open seven days a week while it lasts.

That is five separate windows a year when people who have never been here are actively looking Gladewater up. For a shop, a cafe, a salon or anywhere with rooms to let, those windows are the whole game, and each one is won or lost in a search that happens before the visit.

The town's roots are the usual East Texas mix. The Texas and Pacific Railway founded it in 1873, and the tracks still run straight through downtown, with a pumping unit and derrick standing beside them as a reminder of the 1931 oil discovery that turned Gladewater into a hub of the East Texas field. When the oil thinned out in the 1970s the town diversified into furniture, clothing, paper products, boats, timber and farming — and then, by the 1990s, into antiques.

Who we build for around Gladewater

Almost always owner-operators — the person answering the phone is the person doing the work. Antique dealers and booth owners, cafes and restaurants, boutiques, salons and barbers, lodging, plus the trades and contractors serving Gladewater, White Oak and the county either side of the line.

The pattern is nearly always one of three:

All three are fixable, and none of them require you to learn anything.

Getting found in Gladewater

Ranking in a town this size is a different job from ranking in Houston. Far less competition, which is good, and far fewer searches, which means each one counts. Three things do most of the work:

The search setup is included in every build. It is not an upsell.

How it works

Tell us what you do and send whatever photos you have. We build the site — not a template with your name dropped in, but your services, your hours, your booking link, your own words tightened rather than replaced.

Then we send a link. Open it on your phone, show it to whoever you show things to, and tell us what is wrong with it. If you decide against it, that is the end of it and you have paid nothing.

If you want it, we point your domain at it, get the search listings set up, and hand it over. It is yours — not licensed, not rented. If you and I never speak again, you still have your website.

What it costs

$497Five page website. One time. Yours to keep.
$997Ten pages plus ten city pages, for businesses covering more of the area.
$1,997Unlimited pages with a full city-page build.

One-time prices, not subscriptions. Afterwards, hosting and maintenance are $49 a month with no minimum term, and you can leave whenever you like.

If you want the AI agent that answers your phone when you cannot, it is free for fourteen days and then $297 a month including hosting, maintenance and updates — you would not pay the $49 as well. Recurring services carry a three-month minimum that begins after the free trial, and paying a year up front costs ten months instead of twelve. No setup fee on any of it.

We build the site before you pay anything. You see it finished, on your own business, and then you decide. If you do not want it, that is the end of it and you owe nothing.

Questions people here ask

I rent a booth in an antique mall. Do I need my own website?

Possibly not a full one, but you almost certainly need to exist online somewhere you control — a page of your own, your own photographs, and a Google listing. Buyers looking for a particular kind of piece search for the piece, not the mall. If the mall's website is the only thing carrying your name, you are relying on someone else's marketing.

Do I pay before I see it?

No. The site gets built before there is an invoice, and you decide once you have seen it.

How long does it take?

A five page site is usually ready to look at within a few days of us having your photos and details. What slows it down is nearly always waiting on photos.

Can you promise I will come up first on Google?

No, and nobody honest will. We build the foundation properly — page titles, service and location pages, schema, fast mobile loading, search console setup. Where you land and how quickly is not something anyone can guarantee.

What if I already have a website?

That is usually an easier conversation, not a harder one. You already know a website matters — you are just not getting anything back from the one you have. We would rebuild it and move your domain across.
