These terms govern your use of dominionwebdesignpro.com and any services you buy from Dominion Digital Group, doing business as Dominion Web Design Pro. By using this site or our services, you agree to what follows. These terms describe how we do business; they are not legal advice to you.
Our services
We build websites for local businesses and provide related services: hosting, maintenance and updates, an AI chat widget, AI phone answering and, through our sister brands, review and automation services. The three website packages (Starter $497, Pro $997 and Agency $1,997, each a one-time price) and what each includes are described on the pricing page. Work outside a package is quoted to you in writing before it starts.
Free demos
We may build a demonstration website before you buy. A demo is a preview for your review. It is not published on your domain and creates no obligation on either side. Images and text in a demo may be placeholders rather than your own material or a past project.
Payment
Website packages are paid in full at checkout through Stripe. Recurring services are billed monthly in advance and continue until cancelled:
- AI chat widget (Pro): free for 14 days, then $297 a month
- AI phone agent (Agency): setup is included in the package; the agent is free for 7 days, then $297 a month for up to 750 minutes
- Hosting, maintenance and updates: included while you keep an AI agent, otherwise $49 a month
Balances unpaid after 30 days may accrue interest at the maximum rate Texas law permits, and you may be responsible for reasonable collection costs.
Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring service at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months. If you cancel hosting, we will provide a copy of your site files on request.
Your content and your site
You keep ownership of the text, images, logos and other material you give us. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you provide and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Once your build is paid in full, the completed website is yours outright.
Turnaround and cooperation
Starter sites go live in 7 to 14 days, and Agency pages are delivered in waves with the first live inside two weeks. These timelines assume timely responses from you. Delays in sending content, feedback, domain access or approvals extend the schedule.
Phone calls and the AI receptionist
Calls to (903) 636-7511 are answered by an AI receptionist, which can transfer you to Maurice Johnson. Information you give on a call is handled as described in our privacy policy.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Free tools
The Site Check, Before and After comparison and other free tools on this site are provided as they are, for general information. Their reports are automated and may be incomplete; use them as a starting point, not as a final judgment of any website.
Third-party services
Your site may rely on outside services such as domain registrars, hosting platforms, payment processors and phone providers. We are not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes those providers make, though we will work with you to resolve problems that come up.
Results
We build sites meant to help local customers find you and get in touch, but we do not promise any search ranking, amount of traffic, number of leads or revenue. Search engines and advertising platforms control their own results and change their systems without notice.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law permits, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of business.
Website content
Content on this site is general information. Images may be illustrative rather than photos of a specific past project. We may update service descriptions, prices and availability; the terms of a purchase are the ones shown when you bought.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Upshur County, Texas.
