These terms govern your use of dominionwebdesignpro.com and any services you purchase from Dominion Digital Group d/b/a Dominion Web Design Pro. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to what follows.
We build and host websites for local businesses, and provide related services including AI phone answering, review management, social media management, and local directory listings. The specific services, deliverables, and price for your project are set out in the written proposal or invoice you receive.
We may build a demonstration website before you purchase. A demo is a preview created for your review. It is not published, does not use your domain, and creates no obligation on either side. Prices shown on this website are starting points, not binding offers; final pricing depends on the scope of your project.
Website builds are billed as described in your proposal. Recurring services such as hosting, maintenance, and AI phone answering are billed monthly in advance and continue until cancelled. Balances unpaid after 30 days may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Texas law, and you may be responsible for reasonable collection costs.
You may cancel a recurring service at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months. If you cancel hosting, we will provide a copy of your site files on request.
You retain ownership of the text, images, logos, and other material you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use anything you give us and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Once your build is paid in full, the completed website is yours.
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Project timelines assume timely responses from you. Delays in providing content, feedback, domain access, or approvals will extend the schedule accordingly.
Your site may rely on third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting platforms, payment processors, and telephony providers. We are not responsible for outages, price changes, or policy changes made by those providers, though we will work with you to resolve problems that arise.
We build sites designed to attract and convert local customers, but we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, or revenue. Search engines and advertising platforms control their own results and change their systems without notice.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of business.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Upshur County, Texas.
