Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site (the contact form, the free demo request or the client intake form), call us, or email us, we collect what you choose to share: usually your name, business name, phone number, email address and details about your business and project.
Phone calls. Calls to (903) 636-7511 are answered first by an AI receptionist, any hour. It may ask for your name, number and the reason for your call, and it can transfer you to Maurice Johnson. We keep your number and a record of the call, which may include what you told the receptionist, so we can follow up on your request.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one receives technical details from your browser: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the site that referred you. We use this in aggregate to understand how the site is used and how it performs.
Site Check and other free tools. When you use the Site Check or the Before and After tool, the web address you enter is sent to a server function or service so the page can be fetched and analyzed. Please enter only addresses of public web pages.

Services that help us run this site
We use a small number of outside services. Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy.
- Netlify hosts this website and receives the submissions from our forms, which are then sent to us.
- Google Analytics 4 measures visits and which pages are used, including when someone taps the phone number. It uses cookies and similar technology. Google describes how it uses data from sites that use its services in its own policy, linked below.
- Google Translate powers the EN and ES toggle at the top of every page. It is only loaded if you choose Spanish. Choosing it sets a small cookie named
googtransthat remembers your language, and the page text is sent to Google to be translated. - Stripe processes payments when you buy a package. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and handled by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Phone and AI answering providers carry and answer calls to our number, including the AI receptionist described above.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not buy or sell lead lists. We share information only with the service providers described above, and only as far as they need it to work for us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights. We do not share information with affiliates for their own marketing.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data are subject to the sharing terms described elsewhere in this policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send appointment confirmations, project updates, service notifications and follow-ups related to services you have asked for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or call (903) 636-7511. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and to remember your language choice (Google Translate, only if you choose Spanish). Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Turning cookies off may change how parts of the site work, such as the language toggle.
Keeping and protecting information
We keep customer records as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting and contract requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, though no way of sending or storing information is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we are required to keep.
